Ingredients

- 1/2 lb1/2 lb1/2 lb Raw Shrimp
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Bell Pepper, diced (see notes)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Onion, diced (see notes)
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Creole Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, 1 bottle (or Latin, Mediterranean, or Moroccan Starter Sauce)
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups White Wine, and/or broth of choice
- Salt, to taste/health needs

- In a skillet, sear fish and shrimp to golden brown over medium high-heat.
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, cover, lower the heat to low & cook for 30-45 minutes, or until fish is fully cooked and tender.
- Serve over rice, pasta, couscous, quinoa, mashed potatoes, or with your favorite bread or tortillas on the side.
