Spelt Flour Banana Bread
The Organic Spelt Flour in this recipe is wonderful for easier digestion and more nutrients compared to white or wheat flours. The flavor of this Banana Bread is so deliciously nutty in the original recipe but don't skip over the optional additions in the Notes section!

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Spelt Flour
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, (optional)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl until combined
- Mash banana in a separate bowl
- Add the wet ingredients to the mashed banana bowl and mix.
- Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
- Pour mix into parchment lined loaf pan.
- bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Notes
**Top the bread with Chocolate Chips or Granola for an extra bit of yum! **If you like your bread a little extra fluffy, an egg added in will do just that!
