- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Lettuce, Spring Mix Salad Greens, or mixed greens of choice

- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Strawberries, quartered
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, sliced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
