The Best Paleo Brownies
A lot of recipe writers may make these claim, but I’m here to say these are The Best Paleo Brownies and I hope you’ll agree!!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cassava Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cocoa Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 222 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Sugar
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted (melting them with the cooking fat helps keep them from seizing up)
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Coconut Oil, or sustainably sourced palm shortening, melted
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Unflavored Gelatin
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pecans, pieces, if desired

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine the wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry ingredients in another
- Slowly incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry and stir well
- Pour them into a medium baking pan and bake for 30 minutes
- Allow to cool and then slice and serve
- Tip: if your brownies seem delicate, refrigerate them for 20 minutes to help them firm up
