Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- -presoak 12 bamboo kebab sticks
- -cut each bacon slice in half width wise
- -wrap bacon around shrimp
- - add shrimp, onion, pepper, and pineapple until the skewer is fill (leaving 2 inches at the bottom and one inch on top).
- - spoon bbq sauce on top of both sides of skewer.
- - add skewers to a grill on medium high heat.
