  1. -presoak 12 bamboo kebab sticks
  2. -cut each bacon slice in half width wise
  3. -wrap bacon around shrimp
  4. - add shrimp, onion, pepper, and pineapple until the skewer is fill (leaving 2 inches at the bottom and one inch on top).
  5. - spoon bbq sauce on top of both sides of skewer.
  6. - add skewers to a grill on medium high heat.
  7. - cook 5 minutes on each side.
