Just a few ingredients and a jar of Mesa de Vida North African recipe starter sauce and you are on your way to the tastiest pulled pork you ever had! This dish is topped with plums sautéed in "buttery" ghee and cinnamon taking it to the next level. This dish is simply amazing!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place potatoes, carrots and onion in the bottom of your slow cooker
  2. Pat pork dry and season well with salt and pepper
  3. Place pork loin on top of veggies
  4. Pour chicken broth over
  5. Pour North African sauce over pork
  6. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
  7. Meanwhile, sauté plums in ghee, cinnamon & salt about 10 minutes until the start to brown
  8. Remove pork & shred
  9. Return pork to pot & mix with sauce
  10. Serve with plums on top
