Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet add the butter, turn heat on medium to melt.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, sprinkle on salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté for 6-7 minutes, turn and sauté for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from pan.
  5. Add garlic, wine, broth, dijon and stir to combine. Allow to cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken back in to pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
  7. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees.
  8. Plate and sprinkle on sage, basil, and scallions.
  9. Serve with carrots, or other vegetables you like.
  10. Carrots:
  11. In a small pan add water and salt. Turn heat on medium high.
  12. Add carrots and steam carrots for 5-6 minutes.
