Paleo Cookie Skillet
Warm, ooey gooey cookie goodness, in a fun heart shape, all without the gluten, dairy, dyes, or refined sugar! This is a must make for your valentines dates in!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Soft
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Honey
- .66 cup.66 cup.66 cup Almond Butter
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Beat eggs, coconut sugar, and honey with a hand mixer until smooth
- Add almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth
- Add dry ingredients
- Then fold in chocolate chips
- Pour into 10" greased skillet
- If making a heart shape as pictured fold pieces of foil (about 4) into heart shape and use extra foil to fill the edges in case the cookie expands
- Bake at 350 for 16-17 min
- Let cool and top with vanilla coconut ice cream!

Store leftovers in an air tight container in fridge
