This is not your mother’s meatloaf and I promise it will become a staple in your home on and off Whole30 because it’s that good! It’s got delicious bacon laced throughout and is just so full of flavor! I have been sharing this recipe since last May on instagram and I cannot tell you how many messages I’ve gotten saying “it’s the best meatloaf I’ve ever eaten” or “my kids who don’t like meatloaf devoured this”. You have to trust me and try it and I promise you will never want meatloaf any other way again.

This was one of the easiest and most delicious meatloaf recipes ever! If I didn’t know better I’d say there was Parmesan Cheese in it which obviously there isn’t. I’m definitely adding this to my W30 rotation.

  2. Thanks so much! I am so happy you loved this recipe. It’s definitely on rotation here too! Penny XO
