Asian-Inspired Turkey Green Bean Stir Fry
This one-pan turkey and green bean stir-fry is packed with flavor, gluten- and dairy-free, and comes together in under 30 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you just want something simple and satisfying!

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sesame Oil
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Ginger, Ground

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Garlic

- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
- Add green beans, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for ~6 minutes until tender-crisp with a slight char.
- Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion for 2–3 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it up as it browns. While it cooks, whisk together coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and seasonings.
- Return green beans to the pan, pour in the sauce, and toss to coat. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over rice and enjoy!
