Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine all the burger ingredients into a bowl and mix until evenly combined. Divide into 4 even patties.
  3. Be sure to spray your favorite non-stick spray on the grill and then place the patties on the grill.
  4. Grill on one side for about 8 minutes and then flip and grill the other side for another 8 minutes. Time may vary depending on the thickness of the patty. Be sure the meat is at 160°F when finished.
  5. Make the spicy mayo by combining the avocado mayo and sriracha into a small bowl and mix until smooth.
  6. I like to toss the coleslaw in some spicy mayo and then put my burger on top. I then add all the other toppings and serve with more spicy mayo on the side.
  7. Serve your favorite way and enjoy!

Notes

You can serve these over a bed of cabbage or on a bun depending on what suits your lifestyle. If you use a bun, I recommend a brioche bun. // You can also pickle your veggies if you like. // If you want the spicy mayo spicier, be sure to add more sriracha.
