Braised Creole Chicken
Ingredients

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Diced Tomatoes, canned (see notes)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Onion, diced (see notes)
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Creole Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, (1 bottle)
- Salt, to taste/health needs

- Sear chicken if desired. Add ingredients to the slow cooker, stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve as a stew, or over mashed potatoes, rice, couscous, quinoa, pasta, or wrapped in warm tortillas.
