Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. To get the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, either cut the cauliflower using a knife, or you can leave the plastic on, bang the head of cauliflower stem side down on the counter and rotating a quarter turn until it falls apart in the plastic.
  3. Put the florets into a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce in. Mix until the cauliflower is coated thoroughly.
  4. Dump the cauliflower onto a sheet pan and place in the oven for 25 minutes or until fork tender.
  5. Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dip and enjoy!

Notes

I used to hate chopping cauliflower because it makes a mess! Now I leave it in the plastic, and bang it on the counter a few times stem side down. It breaks apart the stem from the florets and doesn't even make a mess! // Feel free to use your favorite buffalo sauce. // I serve this with my Dairy-free Ranch Dressing. // You can also cook this in the air fryer for about 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is slightly crispy.
