Spicy, sweet, and perfectly roasted, these Buffalo-Spiced Roasted carrots are a gluten-free, dairy-free twist on classic Buffalo flavors. Tossed in a bold seasoning blend and caramelized with date syrup, it’s a flavorful side or snack with just the right amount of heat!

Process

  1. Set to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, Buffalo seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the carrots evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Mix date syrup, apple cider vinegar, and optional hot sauce. Drizzle over the roasted carrots and toss to coat.
  4. Roast: Return to the oven for 5 more minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm
