Whole30 Coleslaw
I've shared so many variations of coleslaw that I thought it was time I updated my Classic Coleslaw and got it on the blog too. Just 5 simple ingredients and a few spices and you have an amazing creamy slaw that's a crunchy and delicious side for most anything! I even serve it as a side with my Buffalo Turkey Meatballs It's even better the second and third day!
Ingredients
- 0.5 head0.5 head0.5 head Green Cabbage, shredded, about 6 cups
- 0.5 head0.5 head0.5 head Red Cabbage, shredded, about 6 cups
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Carrot Sticks
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, or 3 if you like it tangy
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Celery Seed

- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, salt & pepper
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots
- Pour mayonnaise mixture over and toss well to combine
