Coffee Chip Protein Ice-Cream (Edit recipe)

I don’t drink coffee.. but I LOVE coffee ice-cream and this protein coffee chip ice cream has become my new favorite treat.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend together all ingredients except for chocolate chips. Taste test to see if you prefer more coffee. If not using an ice cream maker, stir chopped chocolate chips into mixture and freeze overnight. Allow to sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes to thaw and enjoy!
  2. If using the Ninja Kitchen Creami, pour blended ingredients into the pint, place storage lid on top, and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Allow pint to thaw for 10 min on the counter. Remove pint lid and replace with processing lid and add to base. Spin on light ice cream mode. Add chopped chocolate chips and then re-spin using the MIX-IN program. Remove and enjoy!
