If you have leftover chicken or turkey, these crispy crunchy buffalo chicken tacos in the air fryer are so addicting and flavorful! Comes together quickly and so easily, and kid-friendly as well!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and cheese. Stir together.
  2. Microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds until they are soft and pliable.
  3. Spray the outside of the tortillas with cooking spray, then fill each tortilla with 1/4 of the buffalo chicken mixture. Fold and press to seal.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  5. Add the tacos to the air fryer tray or basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Dip the tacos in guacamole, and enjoy!
