Process

  1. to a large skillet, add apples, butternut squash, & mushrooms (or any other “fall harvest” produce); cook for 8-10 minutes or until squash starts to soften.
  2. add in cauliflower or hearts of palm rice & cook until moisture evaporates.
  3. in a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, then pour into skillet.
  4. let simmer for ~8-10 minutes.
