Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the bag.
  2. In a medium size saute pan, brown the ground pork over medium heat. If your pork releases a lot of juices, let those cook off before adding the onion.
  3. Add the diced onion to the pan, and stir together with the pork.
  4. Add in the minced garlic, and stir together with the pork and onions.
  5. Allow the pork, onions, and garlic to saute until the onions become translucent. Be sure to stir often so that the onions and garlic do not burn.
  6. Season the pork with the Citrus Stir Fry Seasoning.
  7. Pour in the coconut aminos, and stir to combine.
  8. Pour in the toasted sesame oil, and stir to combine.
  9. Season with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
  10. Add in the cole slaw mix (shredded green and purple cabbage and carrot), and stir to combine with the meat mixture.
  11. Allow this to cook until the cabbage becomes soft. Turn the heat down to low, and let it simmer while you prepare the eggs.
  12. Fry two or more eggs, seasoning with cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of pink salt.
  13. When the eggs have finished cooking, scoop the rice into a bowl, top with the meat mixture, a fried egg, and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
