Grain-Free Brownie Skillet
This incredibly easy grain-free brownie skillet is made without any grains or gluten and can easily be made dairy-free and vegan with a simple swap of chocolate! It's rich & fudge - the perfect vanilla ice cream companion!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Butter, heaping tablespoons
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, use more maple syrup as needed for sweetness
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 6inch skillet.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Add milk, almond butter and maple syrup.
- Stir in chopped chocolate.
- Press batter into skillet
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Top with ice cream & inhale!
