Ground Beef Skillet
This skillet meal is packed with vegetables and flavor. Not to mention it's Whole30 and Paleo compatible.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Cauliflower Rice (click for recipe), package, frozen
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Yellow Onion, medium, small dice
- 5 cloves5 cloves5 cloves Garlic, cloves, minced
- or mushrooms of choiceor mushrooms of choice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard, coarse
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Hot Sauce, of choice + more for serving

- In a large skillet on medium heat, add the ghee.
- Once it's melted, add the garlic and onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes, occasionally stirring to keep the mixture from burning.
- Add the mushrooms, carrots, and ground beef.
- Chop the beef up into small pieces and continue cooking it until it's no longer pink.
- Add the cauliflower rice, coconut aminos, mustard, sea salt, pepper, oregano, and hot sauce.
- Mix everything together and cook for 5-10 minutes, just until the dish is hot.
- Serve with avocado, cilantro, and hot sauce.
