  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Spread chicken wings out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
  3. Bake for 40 mins
  4. In a small saucepan combine all other ingredients
  5. Mix well
  6. Bring to a simmer, and then turn to low and cover
  7. Stir every few minutes for 15 mins
  8. When chicken wings are done baste them with the BBQ sauce
  9. Enjoy!!
