Chicken Wings & Homemade BBQ Sauce (Low Sugar)

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup No Sugar Ketchup - True Made Foods

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cane Sugar with Monk Fruit - Lakanto

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Onion Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

- Preheat oven to 400°
- Spread chicken wings out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Bake for 40 mins
- In a small saucepan combine all other ingredients
- Mix well
- Bring to a simmer, and then turn to low and cover
- Stir every few minutes for 15 mins
- When chicken wings are done baste them with the BBQ sauce
- Enjoy!!
