Cheesy Chicken Mac
These delicious cheesy chicken cutlets come together quickly are made with some of the best ingredients from True Made. Ingredients

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First halve you chicken breasts into 4 equal cutlets, cover each with parchment paper or Saran Wrap and tenderize with a mallet or meat tenderizer.
- Place into a medium sized mixing bowl and add your greek yogurt, ketchup, honey mustard, bbq sauce, salt, pepper, once clove minced garlic, and a 1/4 cup of your onion.
- Mix together thoroughly, cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
- Grill your chicken until I just reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees and remove from grill and let sit on a plate while you make your noodles.
- In a dutch oven or large pot add some olive oil, remainder of your chopped onion, garlic and cook over medium heat until translucent.
- Add tomato paste and continue cooking for a few minutes while stirring.
- Add your chicken stock, taste and add more salt and pepper if needed. Turn your heat to high and bring to a boil.
- Add your pasta and cook for suggested time and until most of the liquid had been absorbed. Fold in your cheese, add your cubed chicken cutlets, serve and enjoy!
