Homemade Air Fryer Breakfast Sausage Patties
Using an air fryer, you can have these perfectly seasoned breakfast sausage patties on the table in no time! Recipe requires only 10 minutes of hands on time to mix and prepare the sausage patties, and 10 minutes in the air fryer at 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Paleo, Whole30, and Keto friendly!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Pork, (see notes)
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Fennel Seed
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Sage, dry rubbed
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, (see notes for Whole30 and Keto)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Begin by mixing together the pork and turkey in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients: fennel, sage, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and thyme. Pour spices into the meat and continue to mix until the spices are completely incorporated.
- Spoon into balls (about 2-3 tbsp of meat), and flatten into patties. Place inside the air fryer, you will probably have to do this in 2 batches.
- Set the temperature to 370 degrees, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining sausage.
Notes
You can use 2lbs of all pork or ground turkey. // Maple syrup is optional. Omit for a Whole30 or Keto variation.
