Honey Glazed Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
This is an easy, delicious appetizer recipe that comes together quickly. These are also Paleo and gluten-free.

- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Bacon
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Honey, + more for drizzling
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the bacon in a single layer on the parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bacon from the oven. It should start to render the fat, but not be crispy.
- Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with pepper.
- Cut the bacon in thirds and wrap each piece around one shrimp. You can use a toothpick to hold the bacon in place or wrap the bacon tightly.
- Add a cooling rack to the bacon sheet pan and place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on the cooling rack.
- Baste the shrimp with honey.
- Place the sheet pan with the shrimp in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. The shrimp should be cooked, and the bacon should be crispy.
- Drizzle the shrimp with more honey before serving.
