- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Beef Broth, chicken or (or chicken bullion)

- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder to create a spice rub.
- Sprinkle the spice rub over the seared pork, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Set your Instant Pot to sautu00e9 mode. Add oil and let it heat up.
- Sear the pork chunks until they get a nice brown crust. This adds a rich flavor to the dish. Once done, hit cancel.
- Pour the Chicken stock over the pork. This will provide a savory base for the pork.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set it to High Pressure for 60 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for about 15 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the pork and using two forks, shred the tender pork directly in the pot.
- Pour in your favorite store-bought BBQ sauce. Mix it well with the shredded pork until everything is evenly coated.
