Jerk Seasoning
I love making my own seasoning blends because you can adjust the overall flavor to your personal liking and it is so much more cost effective to buy spice in bulk and make your own blends. This Jerk Seasoning is the perfect combination of spice for all your Cajun dishes! Save an old spice jar to use to put your own blends in. Remove the label in hot soapy water, clean the jar, dry well and pour your blend in! Don’t forget to label the jar too.
