million dollar spaghetti casserole
not sure why they call it million dollar spaghetti, but with this version you’ll be feeling like a million bucks. 🍝💰✨
this cozy, comforting casserole gets a lighter, protein-packed, fiber-boosted glow-up without sacrificing all the cheesy, saucy goodness you want from a classic.
it layers low-carb spaghetti noodles, a veggie-loaded marinara + seasoned beef & pork meat sauce, a creamy cottage cheese + cream cheese mixture, & plenty of melty mozzarella + parmesan, all layered together & baked to perfection.
cheesy. saucy. creamy. hearty. basically everything comfort food is made of, but with a little extra nutrition in every bite. 🤌
