- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Nutmeg
Filling

- Make the cookie dough
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, Gingerbread NuttZo, maple syrup, vanilla, molasses, spices, and salt.
- Stir until a soft dough forms.
- If dough is too sticky → add coconut flour 1 tbsp at a time until shapeable.
- Roll dough into small oval shapes (about 1 inch).
- Press lightly with a fork to create the classic Nutter Butter crisscross pattern.
- Place on parchment and chill for 15–20 minutes to firm.
- Make the filling
- Stir Gingerbread NuttZo, maple syrup, and protein powder together until creamy and spreadable.
- Add a splash of milk only if needed to loosen.
- Spread 1–2 teaspoons of filling on half the cookies.
- Top with another cookie to form sandwiches.
- Chill again for 10–15 minutes.
