pb ācheeze-itā protein cookies
upon first seeing the viral pb cheez-it cookies, iāll admit⦠i was skeptical. š
š„š§šŖ
but i figured the internet wouldnāt lead me astray (lol), & somehow that sweet + salty combo absolutely WORKS. naturally, i had to put my own better-for-you spin on it. š„
this version uses gluten-free cadootz cheddar crackers, adds a protein boost thanks to equip food's peanut butter protein powder, & sneaks in a little dark chocolate + krack'd snacks ābutterfingerā situation for extra flair.
crunchy, salty, sweet, peanut buttery, & one of those recipes that sounds questionable⦠until you try it & immediately get the hype.
