Would you believe me if I told you there is no peeling or seeding involved? Believe it! Creamy, thick and rich sauce without all the work. This sauce also makes the best tomato soup, best base in slow cooker meals and pretty much anywhere you would use sauce! You are going to love it!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Place tomatoes on pan and spread out
  4. Add onions and garlic
  5. Drizzle with olive oil
  6. Sprinkle with oregano
  7. Roast one hour
  8. Remove and let cool
  9. Move to high speed blender with all the juice
  10. Puree with basil, salt & pepper till creamy
  11. Freezes well in ball jars
  12. Enjoy!
