- Melt your 6oz white chocolate chips and 1/2 tsp coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave). Once melted, separate chocolate into 4 mini bowls. Add blue color to one, green to another, pink/red to another, and turmeric (for yellow) to the last. Mix well. Pour into chocolate molds and have fun playing with/mixing different colors for your seashells and fish. Freeze for 1+ hour.
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt your white chocolate chips and coconut oil together and stir until smooth (you can either do this on the stovetop or in the microwave).
- Once melted, pour about 2 tbsp in one bowl and 2 tbsp in another bowl. Set aside.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread around so it lays flat and even.
- In one bowl, add 3-4 drops of blue food color and mix.
- In the other bowl, add 3-4 drops of green food color and mix.
- Using a spoon, add 3-4 vertical lines of blue chocolate on the white chocolate pan leaving room in the middle of each line. Do the same with the green chocolate so the pattern is blue line, green line, blue line, green line etc.
- Using a bamboo skewer, swirl the colors together in a figure 8 motion.
- Decorate with previously molded ocean creatures and shells.
- Freeze for 30+ minutes. Once the chocolate has solidified, break it apart, and enjoy!
