Sesame-Free “Tahini” Sauce
Missing the flavors of tahini, but unable to have sesame? This easy recipe is the perfect substitute! Comes together in just 5 minutes and is so zesty and garlicky that you won't even miss the sesame. I had my chef dad try it and asked him to guess the ingredients, and he was shocked to learn that it didn't have any sesame!
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Sunbutter, (1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp)
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, grated
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Water, (1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
