simple teriyaki veggie skillet
a meal that requires one skillet & minimal dishes? sign me up! this teriyaki skillet is seriously SO easy & is packed full of flavor. stir-fry veggies usually require a TON of chopping, but using a good frozen bag of stir-fry veggies requires no prep time & is still just as tasty!
Ingredients

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pineapple, Frozen, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cashews, Raw, chopped
- 6 - 8 Tbsp6 - 8 Tbsp6 - 8 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour, mixed in 1-2 T water
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp White Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
