Sugar-Free Coffee Ice Cream in a Jar
Luxurious coffee ice cream, with a bold espresso flavor, and just a touch of sweetness.

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Splenda, (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Instant Coffee
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

- Add the heavy whipping cream, splenda, instant coffee, and vanilla extract to a mason jar.
- Put the lid on and shake the jar for 30 seconds to combine the ingredients.
- Remove the lid from the jar, and place the ice cream mixture into the freezer for at least four hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
