- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Sweet Cinnamon Crunch Phat Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese, softened
- 111 Egg
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Swerve Granular (sugar substitute), or sweetener of choice

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare pan by lining with parchment paper for an easy removal.
- Place crackers in food processor and process until they are very finely ground. In a separate bowl, mix processed crumbs with melted butter. Press crumb mix into the bottom of a spring form pan or baking dish of choice.
- Beat together softened cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and egg until smooth. Pour the cheesecake mix into pan over the crumb mixture and smooth out.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature. Once room temperature, refrigerate overnight.
- When you're ready to chow down, top with favorite goodies or eat as is. Enjoy!
