Sweet & Sour Pineapple Slaw
Is there anything better than delicious cold coleslaw in the summer? This Sweet & Sour Pineapple Slaw is full of crunch and flavor and screams summer! We actually eat it all year round. This slaw is perfect on all things grilled and especially delicious on fish tacos! You have to try it
Ingredients

- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Red Cabbage, chopped fine
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrot Sticks, chopped
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Red Onion, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup dried, unsweetened Cranberries
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sunflower Seeds, roasted & salted
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt, only if sunflower seeds are unsalted
