Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs
The whole family is going to love these flavorful Teriyaki meatballs! These juicy meatballs are filled with yummy fresh ingredients like ginger, scallions and sesame oil then tossed in a delicious teriyaki sauce. Serve them up over cauliflower rice, steamed broccoli or a mix of stir fried veggies! Warning you may want to double this one if you are hoping for leftovers!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Chicken
- 111 Egg
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 333 Green Onion (Scallion), mince white part and slice green part to reserve for garnish
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, minced
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Noble Made Soy-Free Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 400F and line pan with parchment paper
- Combine everything except teriyaki, green onion slices, and sesame seeds.
- Mix well and shape into 1 1/2" meatballs
- Place on pan and bake 20 minutes
- Remove and place in skillet with teriyaki sauce
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds
- Enjoy!
