Vanilla Protein Ice Cream
This is a treat I eat year round. I adore ice cream! And this version makes me not feel quite so guilty eating it. You can use other flavors of protein powder with this recipe. I’ve used chocolate and strawberry and both are delicious.
Ingredients
- 1.25 cups1.25 cups1.25 cups Whole Milk
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey, or maple syrup

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- This version is for the Ninja Creami machine. But I would think others would work as well.
- Put the ingredients into the creami container and using a frother blend it up very well.
- Put the lid on and freeze for 8-24 hours.
- Let sit out for 10 minutes before blending.
- Blend on Ice Cream mode.
- Add toppings if you like, enjoy!

I love adding mini chocolate chips right at the end, I am a life long chocoholic.
