These Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Popsicles are a delicious high protein treat! Made with just a few simple ingredients, these popsicles are made with a creamy high protein base & a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar to capture that delicious snickerdoodle flavor.

  1. Combine yogurt, cream cheese, almond butter and maple syrup.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of a popsicle mold.
  3. Top with yogurt mixture.
  4. Combine monk fruit and cinnamon,
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over top of popsicles.
  6. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
