Buffalo roasted Carrots
Spicy, sweet, and perfectly roasted, these Buffalo-Spiced Roasted carrots are a gluten-free, dairy-free twist on classic Buffalo flavors. Tossed in a bold seasoning blend and caramelized with date syrup, it’s a flavorful side or snack with just the right amount of heat!

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

- Set to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, Buffalo seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the carrots evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Mix date syrup, apple cider vinegar, and optional hot sauce. Drizzle over the roasted carrots and toss to coat.
- Roast: Return to the oven for 5 more minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm
