Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine all the burger ingredients into a bowl and mix until evenly combined. Divide into 4 even patties.
- Be sure to spray your favorite non-stick spray on the grill and then place the patties on the grill.
- Grill on one side for about 8 minutes and then flip and grill the other side for another 8 minutes. Time may vary depending on the thickness of the patty. Be sure the meat is at 160°F when finished.
- Make the spicy mayo by combining the avocado mayo and sriracha into a small bowl and mix until smooth.
- I like to toss the coleslaw in some spicy mayo and then put my burger on top. I then add all the other toppings and serve with more spicy mayo on the side.
- Serve your favorite way and enjoy!
Notes
You can serve these over a bed of cabbage or on a bun depending on what suits your lifestyle. If you use a bun, I recommend a brioche bun. // You can also pickle your veggies if you like. // If you want the spicy mayo spicier, be sure to add more sriracha.
