Buffalo Wings
Do you love Buffalo Wings? I could eat them once a week. This recipe is so easy and a classic version of what Buffalo Wings should be yet it's gluten free and dairy free and no one will ever know! Serve them up with your favorite ranch dressing or my Creamy Dill Dressing for dipping.
Ingredients
- 20 - 25 pieces20 - 25 pieces20 - 25 pieces Chicken Wings, pat dry with paper towels
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Medium Buffalo Sauce
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Ghee

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 400˚
- Line a rimmed pan with parchment paper
- Place wings on pan not touching
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika
- Bake 45 minutes
- Meanwhile heat buffalo sauce just till ghee melts, stir and turn heat off
- Place wings in pan and toss with sauce
- Return wings to pan and bake 15 minutes more
- Pour extra sauce in ramekin for dipping
