- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Sweet Potato, cubed (see notes)
- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Kale, chopped (see notes)
- 2/3 cup2/3 cup2/3 cup Diced Tomatoes, canned
- Fresh Habanero Peppers, or scotch bonnet pepper, to taste (optional)
- 8.5 oz8.5 oz8.5 oz Caribbean Inspired Flavor Starter Sauce - Mesa de Vida, (1 bottle)
- Salt, to taste/health needs

- Sear beef if desired. Add ingredients to the slow cooker, stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve as a stew, or over mashed potatoes, rice, couscous, quinoa, pasta, or wrapped in warm tortillas.
