Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Avocado, very ripe
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Cacao Powder, Raw

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder - Be Well by Kelly

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Classic Monkfruit Sweetener with Allulose (White Sugar Replacement) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Superfood Matcha Green Tea Powder Blend - Further Food, optional

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Vanilla Finishing Salt - Texas Salt Co.

- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Pistachios, Raw

- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened

- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Vanilla Finishing Salt - Texas Salt Co.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- to a bowl, add avocado & mash well.
- mix in cacao powder, protein powder, monk fruit, matcha powder, vanilla extract, & salt.
- once mixed well, place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- preheat oven to 300.
- to a sheet pan, add coconut flakes, cacao nibs, pistachios, & sprinkle salt on top.
- toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes; check frequently so you donāt burn the coconut flakes.
- cool, then transfer mixture to a food processor & blitz into a fine crumble.
- transfer mixture to a plate.
- remove avocado mixture from freezer, then using a ~1 t cooking scoop make little balls (if they seem too soft still, freeze balls for 30-45 minutes).
- roll each ball in coating mixture, then evenly space out on a sheet pan.
- freeze for at least 1 hour before enjoying & keep stored in the freezer.
