Cinnamon Raisin Energy Bites
Dates and cashews blitzed in a food processor until they clump, then rolled with chocolate chips and raisins running through them. No baking, and nothing sweetens them but the fruit.
Add the chips and raisins by hand after the blade comes out. Processed in, they disappear into the paste and you lose the texture that makes these worth eating.
