Cocktail Sausage Kabobs
These Cocktail Sausage Kabobs were just as fun to make as they are to eat! Only 5 ingredients not including oil and spice. The whole family including the kiddos went nuts over these kabobs and devoured their veggies!
Ingredients
- 36 - 40 whole36 - 40 whole36 - 40 whole Cocktail Sausages, 2 pkgs, I like Teton Waters Ranch
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Baby Potatoes, about 22-25
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Baby Bell Peppers
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Onion, cut in chunks
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Mustard BBQ Sauce (Noble Made), plus extra for dipping
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- Mix oil, salt & garlic in a large bowl
- Toss potatoes & peppers in & set aside
- In another bowl, toss cocktail sausages in mustard bbq sauce
- Assemble kabobs, 2 sausages, pepper, onion, potato till you have 6 sausages & 3 each of veggies
- Grill for about 15 minutes turning every few minutes
- Brush with leftover sauce from bowl
