Cookie Dough Chocolate Bar
These cookie dough chocolate bars require just a few ingredients to make and are made from wholesome, real food ingredients. You’ll never buy store bought again once you start making your own chocolate bars at home!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Flour

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Cashew Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet, I used sugar-free

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips (No Sugar Added) - Lakanto

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup and mini chocolate chips to form a dough.
- Roll dough into 1 tablespoon balls.
- Press 4 balls into each chocolate mold.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread melted chocolate over each mold.
- Top with sea salt, if desired.
- Freeze chocolate bars for 20 minutes.
- Pop chocolate bars out from molds and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe is made for a 6 bar chocolate mold but can be adapted.
