Fall Harvest Burger Bowls
I love making cozy fall dinners and this easy fall dinner is a great switch up to the standard chili or casserole! Fall harvest burger bowls made with US Wellness Meats and True Made Foods sauces are a delicious addition to your fall meal prep rotation!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Arugula
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Lamb - US Wellness Meats

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Sweet Potato
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey Mustard - True Made Foods

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Caramelized onions (click for recipe)
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Apple, Gala
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Gouda Cheese

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, prep a few ingredients.
- Brown the U.S. Wellness Meats ground lamb until cooked through.
- Cube your sweet potatoes, toss them in oil and curry powder or seasoning of choice, and roast at 375°F until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
- Caramelize your onions and apples by slicing them, tossing in a skillet, and cooking over low heat for about an hour, stirring constantly and adding a tbsp of water every 15 minutes to help them cook.
- Now you can assemble!
- Add arugula, ground lamb, sweet potatoes, caramelized apples and onions, and Gouda cheese to your bowls.
- Top with True Made Foods honey mustard or bbq sauce.
- Enjoy!
