Garlic & Ghee Steak Bites
Do you love steak? These Garlic & Ghee Steak Bites over Whipped Mashed Potatoes are truly heaven on a plate. Tender sirloin tips that melt in your mouth with mushrooms swimming in the most delicious garlicky and "buttery" sauce that will have them begging for more!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Sirloin Steak, cut into bite size pieces
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz White Mushrooms, 1/4rd
- 8 cloves8 cloves8 cloves Garlic, large cloves, minced (use more if smaller)
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Arrowroot Powder
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Beef Bone Broth
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt half of the ghee in large pan
- Add mushrooms & cook till browning
- Move to a plate
- Add remaining ghee, melt
- Add steak, garlic, salt & pepper
- Cooking 2 minutes per side & move to a plate
- Add arrowroot to broth & whisk well
- Add to pan & bring to a slow boil
- Add coconut aminos, lower heat & simmer till sauce thickens
- Add beef & mushrooms back to pan stirring to coat
- Add thyme & simmer 5 minutes
